I was wondering if there was a way to create ghost notes by using a random lfo on volume/amplitude?
Maybe delay with random input volume will work? The problem with random is that it randomizes everything. So you might be better off setting weird speed to Value LFO.
Thanks, Gambler, I’ll try the “delay with random input volume” idea. When I had a machinedrum, I loved that feature. It really made drum tracks come alive.
…i would lay down the beat on tape, except i.e. the snare. then copy snare several times to tape, lift and drop into sampler. sequencing the snare with random lfo on start end…could work
