Studying the pre-loaded patterns for the first project I noticed on the 6th pattern, the Chord track seems to be using a Jump component to alternately loop each half of the 16 steps. That Jump seems to happen on an empty trig though! Is there some way to put a step component on an empty trig?

Ha! For the past two weeks I’ve assumed the step components had to be on lit trigs. Just shift-selected an empty trig and put a Jump there… mind blown!?
ooohh does that mean you could put jump(stay) on an empty trig to stop a track for a bit, and then have it restart with a spark trigger after a few bars of silence?

Good idea! Yeah I guess you’d just set the spark for however many bars you want to wait. Glad I didn’t erase the preset tracks otherwise I probably wouldn’t have found this trick.
