One parameter and knob guide to rule them all

I got tired of clicking through the onilne manual for all the reference tables, so I made one image to rule them all. RGB 16:9 at 600 DPI. I’ll probably update it once i wrap my head around a better way to organize it all.

Super useful! I’ve been thinking of putting a small reference sticker on the back with something like:

white - pitch/param1/speed/chorus • reverse/param2/fine tune/drive • filter • resonance
green - ADSR envelope
purple - LFO - amount • speed • target • shape
blue - ARP - speed • pattern • style • range
yellow - FX - fx1 send • fx2 send • pan • level

(skipping lights and motion because I don’t use them)

Inspired by the above, I made my own shorthand for the knobs, based on the colors of the actual LEDS when you turn them. Many of them are gradual (like the volume knob) but a few are like menus with fixed selections. Have broken them out here.

Any image I try to upload here fails for some reason, but let’s try this:

Nope, Markdown doesn’t work either. Anyway, it’s here: https://ibb.co/hSgcuf

Here’s an update with some extras. If anyone wants the pdf of this let me know and I’ll figure out a way to add it to this weird forum.

Image disappeared! Wellp, here’s the pdf to download: https://www.dropbox.com/s/bfh8ugbrvv1dvhb/OPZfoldableQuickref.pdf

I like your one better, more concise, I was thinking of doing something similar but not had time yet. I was going to add all the shortcuts too. Well done ??

Thanks! It’s still a bit messy, but mainly these are the commands/details I tend to forget and reach for the manual for. Feel free to iterate on this! FX list and Step components are also missing, but one thing I want for a step component guide is a bit more explanation as to what they actually do–the spark components in particular.

ARP styles are also a bit mysterious.

One thing I just noticed: the documentation has a “pcm sample player” in the synths, but I can’t find it in the app? Is that Cuckoo’s engine/kit?

its not really an “engine” like the rest of them. once u load some .aiffs then the .aiffs show up as the engine
i believe theres actually one already in there by cuckoo.

Supposedly you can adjust pitch with the green dial for that, but I can’t hear a difference with cuckoo’s kit at least

Made a printable version on white background the way someone did in the Facebook group: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7edfhk78abqkrso/OPZfoldableQuickrefp.pdf
