I´ve got an MPC Live last year and I´m thinking about selling my Digitakt and taking a new digital synth, for more melodic/lush/ambient sounds. The new community-based improvements in Organelle are impressing me. On the other side, I think I can´t live without an Elektron sequencer ahaha and the Digitone sound is impressive.
What do you think?
I don’t have much experience with Organelle, but the Digitone is boss at melodic/lush/ambient and much more. If you’re a fan of the Digitakt workflow, you won’t be disappointed.
Can’t comment on the Organelle but the Digitone is phenomenal. Between the sound and sequencer I can’t put it down.
if you love the elektron sequencer Digitone seems like the obvious choice…sounds great too. Organelle looks great too, but I would go with Digitone (assuming you like FM sounds)
Digitone all day long. Organelle is a jack of all trades, master of none. And the plastic case / knobs feel like shit too
better off getting a novation circuit imo
I love my Organelle, but don’t ever make music with it.
