So this is an incredibly awful experience with my op-1, first off - one day suddenly my op-1 decides to not switch on, so I contact teenage engineering support and they advice me some quick trouble shooting steps, as I follow them I bring my op-1 to life, but after that I realize that my op-1 wont stay on on after being charged for several hours for even 15 minutes, it suddenly starts restarting and flashing a red screen.
They replied back with some troubleshooting steps again but the damn device doesn't obey! so expensive this product is how can teenage engineering be so awful with their response and support?
Has anyone faced this issue? how did you resolve this?
