I bought it 7 months from now and since the beggining I had a problem with one of the keys. Also now the power button is not functioning well, like if it were loose, but its not.
In their page they say the following, but I never dropped it. Is there some way I can contact them to explain this?
this warranty does not cover (a) damage from physical abuse such as dropping the unit or impact from hard objects; (b) physically damaged connectors; © broken keys or physical damage to the keyboard mechanism.
