Time for some effects. Advice needed

I’d like to add some reverb and or some delay to my audio.
Something small and inexpensive.
I have a monotron delay, which I’ve been having fun with, but i find adds a lot of unwanted noise.
I’ve had a look at the Korg Mini Kaoss pad2, but it seems more like a DJ tool than anything else, with way more features than i need.

What would you recommend?

Are you only looking at stereo FX units or is mono OK too?

Having a top end reverb makes a lot of difference, you know.

Big Sky or Space are expensive for a good reason : they really add a lot to the sound !!
Maybe Strymon Blue Sky is more accessible…

The ms70cdr may be a good choice at an affordable price  but i would love trying a top end reverb

+1 on MS70CDR, it really sounds incredible and I got mine new for £75 inc delivery. Bargain!

(keep hold of Monotron Delay too, there are times when you want dirty and noisy!)

Mono might be ok, i’m not sure. I think my mixer outputs stereo though.

This is for Volcas, POs and other small sundry. Where would I insert a pedal like the MS70CDR into this mixer?

There are three places to route effects, insert effect on an input channel, insert effect on master channel or a send effect. There are no sends on that mixer so you’d need to effect one or all channels.

Cool.
If I want to effect all channels, I’ll need to place an pedal after the output right?
That means the phones socket won’t have the effects. Can i plug headphones after a pedal?
(I only have one pedal, Boss loop pedal, and you can’t plug headphones into it)
