PO-14 Headphone jack does not work

Stopped working after about a week of use. The internal speaker works. If anyone has had this same issue, any help or ideas would be appreciated.

I saw that someone posted about soldering speakers directly to the + and - pads on the back of the unit, but haven’t really heard from anyone that

has gone ahead and done it.

Anyways posting here because Teenage Engineering pretty much repeated to me what i told them and then told me to go to guitar center…who told me to go to teenage engineering.

It could be a mechanical issue with the output connector or a fault codec (the speaker and line-out circuits are independent). But I guess you should sort out who is responsible for the warranty, if anyone.

hmm. ill keep bugging them for a bit. if not ill take the soldering iron to it. thanks for the response
