Hey guys, not normally into self indulgent promotion!..but I’m very excited about my combination of OP-1 and Octatrack and just wanted to share a short 3 track EP i mustered together from live jams.
Very rough round the edges, i used the OP-1 to generate the synthesis which I sampled into Octatrack to sequence. I then recorded from Octatrack back into there OP-1 tape to apply compression, EQ and FX. The result is a very grainy, tape like quality which i really like. Im not into things which are over produced…i prefer to just strike while inspiration hits and move on!
Any feedback, follows, likes, dislikes are all appreciated. Good or bad.
