I was recording about 8 bars ofguitar with a rode mic to tape. After track 4 I did some slicing and copied a selection to the drum sampler. When I returned to tape to listen to the recording there was suddenly a full level noise on track 4 for about 2 bars. In the middle of the loop. Which was annoying because I had the headphone on full level.
Anyone had this before?
if you accidentally lift an op-1 synth and drop it on the tape it will sound like garbled noise (you can store synth params this way, though I’m not sure why you would). Maybe it’s that?
Yes i know. But it was not that kind of noise but close to it and longer than the bitcrushsound in the beginning of a sample
