Restoring factory presets

Sorry, this is a completely basic stupid question - I just got a used OP1, updated the firmware, did a factory reset, and now I don’t have any presets at all - only samples. So Cluster, Digital, DNA etc have nothing in green, just the blue name of the synth.

Is there any way to restore the factory presets? I’ve reinstalled the firmware and done factory resets several times.

You have to press shift+Instrument #1-8 to see presets. You are pressing Shift+3 (if I remember right) this is just selecting the engine. Certain engines also have no presets like DNA and DBOX.
