Just uploaded a new video of me messing around with another sample. Here’s the link to the kit that I used in the video.

That Varations video is awesome, I really dig it @jjbbllkk.

Is this someone on the forum?

Good skillz on the one-take remake.

Wow. That is really impressive!

I’ve also wanted to know who Ghostradioshow is. The Ghost is the one who convinced me to buy an OP-1, as I’ve been impressed of the quality and production value of his songs.

@unflattered I dig the first 3 tracks. The Loops n’ Stuff track is the most unique of them all, IMO. The minimalist is quite beautiful, good work. I think I’ve been falling out of the neo/chill/experimental hip-hop scenethese days. I think Flying Lotus and Tokimonsta kinda exhausted the genre for me a couple years back, but it’s also probably because that’s all I would hear in LA. I am still a big fan of Nosaj Thing, his shows were visually exciting.

I’m about a minute away from abandoning rhythm tracks altogether. I like that Eno used to build up multiple tracks, then carefully subtract the most conventional ones, and master what was left.

Thanks for the comments. I appreciate them!

I've also wanted to know who Ghostradioshow is. The Ghost is the one who convinced me to buy an OP-1, as I've been impressed of the quality and production value of his songs.

Well done @hellmuss. I enjoyed the beats with the chill mood!

I posted my video tutorials on the tips/tricks thread, here’s the only music video I made with the OP-1 so far, Death Valley Girl Trip. Enjoy:

P.S. how do you embed here, lol?

whoa @hellmuss , that’s really great!

Sorry, the OP-1 has been reduced to a controller for this video, so I’m not sure if it’s legit to post this on here… But I made a track with the OT and MM and shot a video of it. Hope you don’t mind it here
