many thanks AJ, sounds are fantastic, after selling my machinedrum i’m on the hunt for a new drum machine - love the 808 sound, but it is way overused, also the tr-8 is too ugly, the drumatic sounds ‘close enough’ to the 808 to scratch that itch, but different enough to be unique - sounds very punchy, love tight low decay drum sounds… think you have convinced me!

It certainly ticks a lot of boxes.
One thing I wish Klaus would have done to the interface is change the name of the “Pattern” Knob to “Pattern Bank”. On the face it looks like there are just 12 pattern memories, but there are actually 12 banks of 16 patterns each (192 total!). TR-8 certainly cannot compete with that.
I am a sucker for those hats and cymbals. Really there isn’t a single sound on the Drumatix that I dislike.
